Sorry if this is a dumb question, but the $319 for the double INCLUDES the test? I bought it but I can't find anywhere on my account to schedule the test.

They used to only release the tests at certain times of the year, not sure if this is still the case, but when I did mine I had to wait a bit for the tests to appear. This is a good price, but it doesn't include physical certificates according to the reply I got from their enrolment.
