It's a waiting game, getting everything sent into the institution for evaluation to get the max transfer credit would be ideal, you also want to make sure you're admitted, so I would send everything in you currently have for an application. You can send your Sophia.org credits when you're done with them, or do them as batches at a time, this is to make sure you have an academic evaluation.
