Great stuff, I was thinking the same thing, but each and every idea has an opposite choice... I don't think they'll do anything with the USDOE, they're finding ways to save cash, yet they've not fully looked into this by doing a second or third opinion/research.

Same here, that's why people nowadays are lucky as they have alternative credit providers, back in the day, only CLEP/DSST was available until StraighterLine came about, or WGU for that matter. Then other providers joined in and so did some institutions, when WGU was being investigated for CBE/accreditation, some even pulled out of the CBE arena, like Hodges U-Power.
