This is a certainty that none of my credits above would be considered for transfer by WGU?

From what I've seen, WGU accepts associate's degrees as block transfer, so you should get credit for a lot of classes. Which degree?

Yes, so the general education should be waived.

WGU doesn't like to accept credits that are over 5 years old. 

"All certifications, degrees and courses must have been completed within the past five years to be considered for transfer."
