+1, agree with these great options already mentioned for cheap and free... Free class content: CLEP/Modern States, Coursera, Edx, etc... You can also look up textbooks that are free, such as the ones from OpenStax with regards to some related Sciences.
Or, If you really wanted to try some ACE/NCCRS classes and don't want to purchase a membership, you can try the TEEX classes inexpensively, such as their online Death Investigation class or other forensic science related ones. Saylor.org, Onlinedegree.com, etc might have some classes too.
