Freebies are good for getting transfer credit for degrees elsewhere, you don't need to have it on your resume, you can ladder that into something different, not everyone needs or wants the generic MBA, you can transfer to another program elsewhere for say, the Masters in Business Analytics or something that interests you later on... I would do the freebie for the experience, knowledge, and to fill any learning gaps or missing info that I wanted to review.
