Looking for a recent degree plan for BLS

It looks good to me. In your current plan, I count 7 UL and 3 LL courses. Some minor suggestions:

1. I recommend doing English 1 and 2 at UMPI (Short courses at UMPI and can be completed quicker than Sophia).
   
2. I haven't taken a CLEP language exam before but they were very easy at Sophia.
   
3. If English 1&2 are taken at UMPI, I'd recommend doing a Coursera cert that transfers in 2 UL courses (or 2 certs that each transfers in one UL course). This makes it so that your cousin would take 5 UL and 5 LL courses. Some of those certs include: IBM Data Analysis and Visualization Foundations Specialization, IBM Data Science Professional, and Google Project Management.
