All of these factors mean that you can optimize for speed, ideally when you already have all the knowledge and skills, but also if you're fast at learning and synthesizing information.

But that's virtually impossible, both from a personal standpoint and having everything come together in exactly the right way with the right timing, to the point where it's much more likely to be counterproductive.
