Be diligent... Even though CUFCE gave an evaluation that was favorable, I would also use caution when applying for any institution, especially when you're applying to graduate programs. The requirements for them must be met, and you want to make sure you know your subject matter well enough to get acceptable grades in each and every class they have within that program.
CUFCE doesn't have any quality checks in place, their evaluation system is a pay-per-process, which means, you pay for the diploma without them doing any background checks to verify quality or recognition of the program on the transcripts. Absolutely nothing, if that's what you're looking for, be prepared for hard work, as graduate programs require plenty of assignments, research, writing...
