Welcome to the board!
Do you have any google certs? Clep exams? Dsst exams? If you have PADI scuba diving certs, the open water cert is also worth 1 ace credit. Umpi seems very generous accepting ACE credit. They also accept ACTFL exams in case you speak any foreign languages given you are in a hurry to graduate quickly.
Sadly they don't accept NCCRS credit or else Lawshelf would be another good option to take Criminal Justice courses quick and cheaply.
Given you have a generous budget, you are likely able to finish an umpi bachelors by July if you transfer max credits. Umpi allows students to continue transferring after starting, but you would do best to focus on following the wikis. I am not sure what is umpi's equivalent for Sophia's Criminology course, but I am certain they accept the course at least as an elective.
While there isn't much info because Sophia is so popular, you can also check UPIstudy, I think some of their courses are ACE and theoretically Umpi should accept them. Mostly mentioning this because so many Sophia courses have touchstones which makes it slower to finish faster.
