Does it include the concentration of the Doctoral in the conferment? I'm considering asking to take the additional 3 courses for the Public Admin concentration before the capstone, rather than as a postDoc, if it appears on the diploma. If not, I suppose I'd rather have the completed degree in hand before taking on additional coursework.
