Hmm, Is it just me or is there something going on with this thread? It's got 12 pages already? I'm not sure why we're getting so much traction on this particular institution and others mentioned... Readers know where to look for warning signs and advice, thus, this institution isn't going to be one of them they'll even consider.

Side Note: In Vietnam and other countries, they may look at these as non credit courses with completion certificate, continuing education or professional development classes, at most, an undergraduate certificate or diploma level from an unaccredited college. These won't be transferable into their educational system, not for immigration either.
