Your estimated $4400 is not realistic:
This is why UMPI is recommended if you don't already have the RA credits:
You would have to give the Admissions office a call but I know they accept Canadians in a lot of providences. This used to be on the admissions website: "As a recent update, students who reside in and/or will complete their programs in Canada (except for residents of Newfoundland and Labrador) are eligible for admission but may not enroll in WGU programs that require clinical field experience (e.g., initial teacher licensure programs)."

- TESU Full-Time Flat-Rate Tuition of $4,428 for out of state students. This is already higher than your estimated $4,400. https://www.tesu.edu/tuition-financial-a...raduate.ph
- ASU 4 courses * $425 = $1,700
- TESU $350 in audit/application fees.
- Books?
This is why UMPI is recommended if you don't already have the RA credits:
- ASU 12 credit hours = $1,700 = 8 week UMPI session = I did 36 credits.
- My session was 53 days / 12 courses = Average 4.42 days to complete each course. The norm seems to be two sessions so that means it took 8-9 days to complete each course.
- ASU 12 + TESU 15 = 27 credits = $6,478
- UMPI residency = 30 credits = $1,700-3,400
