You are misunderstanding.
Edit: the math looks more realistic though this would mean you would have to take 21 credits in one TESU semester
- If you are trying to transfer in 114, the barrier is the 24 RA credits.
- However, if you are trying to avoid the waiver and take 15 courses at TESU, you only need 15 RA transfer credits.
