ENEB New Master Thread

I just finished up with my Master in AI.  Waiting on 1 grade, then hoping to submit for diplomas.  I only want digital copies of both.  Ill print on nice paper to hang if I feel up to it.  With that said, I didnt see anywhere when I signed up that I wouldnt get a Universidad Isabel I digital copy for an additional fee...it was included.

Do you mind sharing which discount/link you purchased your program from? The Master in AI is a bit new so they might treat it differently than the traditional programs.

I was considering purchasing the ENEB deal at 50% off, but I noticed that it does not include the Isabel I diploma. It requires an additional fee if you want to obtain it.

"When and how will I receive my diplomas? After completing your exam, we will contact you within the next 30 days to arrange the shipment of your diplomas. It is not necessary to take multiple-choice exams for all your training programs, but it is important to note that diplomas issued by Universidad Isabel I will only be granted (provided you have paid the corresponding fees) once you have completed all your programs, including both the agile and traditional methods. On the other hand, ENEB diplomas will be issued as you complete each of your training programs."

I email to ENEB to get the fee for requesting Isabel 1 diploma. 

"It's important to note that, as stated in our legal notice, the diplomas from Isabel I University have an administrative fee for diploma issuance, covering the entire processing, issuance, and delivery process. While you will receive the ENEB diplomas in digital format at no additional cost, we invite you to consider acquiring the university certification. Universidad Isabel I Certificate Issuance fee is $180.00"

Another member reported a similar issue in the old Master Thread. The member sent in a screenshot of the purchase link and somehow an UI1 diploma was available a few weeks after. I don't know if the wording you're quoting from the FAQ page is the same as that member's, but you might want to look into it.
