Getting more than one degree at this level is certainly nice, but you only need one. It is the one bachelors degree that will open other doors in the future (raises, promotions, graduate education, etc). Focusing on too many degrees now might create distractions and lead to burnout. I don't recommend it.
I appreciate your guidance. Unfortunately I need 15 points for a promotion. Each Cert is 1, Associate is 2, Bachelors is 5
I see now why it is good to stock up on associates degrees.
