Essentially, if you're doing the flat rate and finish with 15 credits for residency purposes, your first and second bachelors degree will not require the Edison Accelerate Fee (previously known as the residency waiver fee). That's because, you'll already have the 15 credits for residency completed. It really depends on what classes you're going to take and when...
All in all, as long as you have completed 15 residency credits, you can graduate both bachelors at the same time! Even if you don't graduate the second degree, the only other fee is, the graduation fee and that's it! If you are taking the second capstone at a different time than the first capstone or during the flat rate tuition, you'll just be charged the one class + grad fee.
