Is there a college that uses projects for credit?

I thought I could use Study.com, but supposedly their Math class can only replace D420 or D421, but not both. I need the classes to not be single pass/fail exams. I need to be able to accumulate some credit while working through the material (assignments/quizzes).

If I can transfer credit to WGU for these classes, then I can finish a few more classes and graduate.

WGU classes:
Business of IT - Project Management – D324
Data Structures and Algorithms I – C949
Discrete Math: Logic – D420
Discrete Math: Functions and Relations – D421

Liberty offers one lower and one upper discrete math course online, MATH 250 Introduction to Discrete Mathematics and MATH 350 Discrete Mathematics respectively.
