Asked ENEB to transfer 1 of the 2 unstarted degrees I had on my account to my mom, and to change the degree subject. They said no problem. Except they transferred both of my unstarted degrees to her account and closed my account so I could no longer log in to the campus.
I pointed out the mistake, they removed one of my degrees from my mom's account, and they re-opened my account... except I still have the original two degrees on my account, and they still haven't changed the degree subject on my mom's account to the one she wants. They also reset my mom's password without telling her, and we had to correctly guess that they had reset it to the same one they had reset mine to.
This is the first real issue I have had with ENEB customer service, ever. I'm trying to write my Emails in really simple English but it's hard to believe they still made this mistake.
On the plus side, this is still saving us quite a bit of money in getting my mom a degree, so we can't complain.
There are regular seasonal sales, including for Black Friday and New Year's.
