Do you think it’s realistic to finish in one term, or would I really need at least two terms? Also, do you recommend the capstone or the oral option.....which is easier, more ADA-friendly, and can be completed more quickly?

Grading is what will slow you down the most. Right now it's set at 72 hours, which most of my professors took or longer. Fastest one could finish now would be 3 terms (18 months), unless every single professor they got graded much faster than normal (which is uncommon). Safe bet will be 3-4 terms as the Research Course will take 3-4 months (5 day grading turnaround) and the Dissertation/Capstone course has a 7 day grading turnaround, so it'll take 5-6 months easily. Oh, and the tuition is now 7K per term, plus the technology fee, so $7,695 per term total cost.
