Last time I checked, all courses in CS but two can be transfered (Online Education Strategies and Comparative Programming Languages). However, you need to take 10 courses at the University.

I didn't complete the General Education and Electives section, but the major courses are there. They added a course, Intro to CS, which is not in that plan, but the transfer are probably still accurate.
As for programming, I'd recommend Angela Yu's courses on Udemy (Python and Web developmet), as well as freecodecamp.org.
