Not that I want to be a programmer. But I would just like to learn more about programming, software, etc.
I think that the UofP BCS could be a good affordable option. Since I already have a Bachelor's degree I would only have to take 10 classes from what I understand and at $160 per course, that would only cost me $1600 for another degree.
Does any have a list of which 10 courses I would need to take specific to the program?
Alternatively are there other cheaper ways to add programming knowledge via coursera, udemy, etc?
For those who already have a degree and want a CS degree for personal enrichment, UoPeople is the best option imo. It is definitely the cheapest but not the fastest. You have to take the obligatory intro to online college class no matter what, and the max you can take for any session is 2 classes with limited flexibility and course selection. But how can anyone complain when it's free or at most $160/course?
