BABA to BLS

It is my intention to exit the BABA and switch to BLS. I reached out to the coach to ask what needed to happen to complete the switch. She said "just pick a minor and let me know" I said "PM & IS" and was told I could not select multiple minors.

In the BLS or BAS, you need to choose one minor that will be (these are not official titles) your primary minor or first minor. After choosing that, you should be able to add an additional minor or minors.

Completing the primary minor will be a requirement for graduation. Completing any additional minor(s) will be optional.

Thanks, I can certainly select a primary. But how do I ensure that after selecting one, that I have the other two listed - somewhere. I'm hoping that someone who has already completed the BLS PM & IS can explain whether I would need to provide additional/specific instruction to the advisor or registrar to do so since I was expressly told today I could not have multiple  (with no detail provided about primary/secondary). I don't know that I've ever read anyone in the forum refer to PM & IS with "primary/secondary" but perhaps I can search that language here.
