Twelve TECEPs are upper-level at TESU, those with course code numbers beginning with 3 or 4. It looks like about ten ASU EA courses are upper-level at ASU, $425 per course and these are 3 credits each (a few lower-levels are 4 credits for the same per-course price). Also notable, ASU EA is a likely source of credit to meet Charter Oak’s recent DEI gen ed requirement (with Introduction to Ethnic Studies in the U.S., or maybe others).
Although there’s never a guarantee, I’d expect COSC to typically agree with TESU and ASU as to which of their courses are upper or lower. I transferred about ten TECEPs to COSC with no problem.
