The degree title "PHD Doctor of Philosophy in HUMAN RESOURCE" should be written as "PhD, Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources." That is, with the right capitalization and the plural for HR? Or perhaps "Human Resource Management"?
The original just looks strange.
Hm, okay. I kind of agree it looks odd. That said, ENEB's Universidad Isabel I diplomas also have some quirks. For example, module names are sometimes written in minuscular and then again in capitalization. As for me, I'd probably look at the DBA that is offered by CUE and Universidad de San Miguel, so I hope they can't mess that up (please not smth like DbA lol).
