For the courses my son has taken so far in the Summer II term

Course: CID 338 Talent Leadership
Instructor: Kaytie Smith
Course content: Posted articles, chapters of books, videos, and other links are posted to read.
Exam format: 6 modules w/1 pretest and 1 posttest each Posttests are 10% of grade each. Multiple choice answers with some written response on posttest that are 1 paragraph answers.
Exam content vs course content/practice exams: The information from the pre and posttests can be found in the linked reading from the course.
Final exam or project: 1 final project (40% of grade). Write a 3-5 page paper with an HR review on a company.  
Time taken on course: 2 days
Familiarity with subject before course: little knowledge
Pitfalls, high points, things others should know: straightforward course no surprises.
1-10 Difficulty level:  2 or 3

Course: CID 342 Leading Innovation
Instructor: Paige Brussell
Course content: Posted articles, chapters of books, videos, and other links are posted to read.
Exam format: 1 pretest and 1 posttest (50% of grade). Multiple choice answers with some written response on posttest that are 1 paragraph answers.
Exam content vs course content/practice exams: The information from the pre and posttests can be found in the linked reading from the course.
Final exam or project: 1 final project (50% of grade). Create a business plan. Guided writing assignment, 10 writing responses most are 1-2 paragraphs.  
Time taken on course: 3 days.
Familiarity with subject before course: little knowledge
Pitfalls, high points, things others should know: straightforward course no surprises.
1-10 Difficulty level: 2 or 3

Both professors were quick to grade and respond.
