Army E-7, currently in Iraq for deployment #2. Recently graduated OCS and my unit was activated 3 weeks before I graduated and I had to deploy as an E-7, but I will pin on my butter bar after this deployment.

THAT sucks! I was deployed twice during my time at the U Iowa, so when I go back to college I'm going to Norwich in Vermont, where I'll contract with ROTC and finally have at least three uninterrupted years in college. I was supposed to graduate in May 2005, but thanks to the deployments its become May 2009 at the earliest.

PS - Anyone in here a Norwich grad? I'm not looking forward to Rookdom, but I figure that if I put up with a year's worth of shit deployed with an infantry battalion, six months putting up with mouthy 19-year-olds can't be nearly as bad. I hope, that is.
