I take my CLEPs at Newman University in Wichita KS for a $20 testing fee. It will be going up soon (by $2 or $3, I think), but since I took my LAST CLEP YESTERDAY, I won't have to worry. 
I take DANTES at Baker University in Wichita and they also charge $20.
I love both my testing centers. I'm usually the only person taking an exam (except a couple times when I took one with my best friend!), the people are so friendly, and I can schedule the tests pretty much any time I want as long as I give them a couple days notice.
These two schools are way better than some of the other options around here. One school only tests on Thursdays and you usually have to give 2-3 weeks advance notice and the other still does paper-and-pen DANTES exams!
