Sounds like you're almost ready! With a bit more review, and a few more practice tests, you could easily bring that score into the mid 60s.
I scored a 60 and a 66 on my two practice tests, yet I got a 73 on the real thing. Perhaps the CLEP is easier than the practice exams.
