More stressful? Probably just more frustrating. If you try juggling regular B&M classes or a fast-paced online course with a full workload/other commitments (e.g. family), I imagine the class would be WAY more stressful than ALEKS, even if you did run a few hours more than everyone else.
My son racked up 150 on his class, but honestly, if you don't want to mess with homework and/or proctored tests, it's easier on the nerves.
