Its not a matter of not trusting ALEKS, its a matter of making sure ACE has recorded the credit. As far as why ALEKS doesn't maintain the information for previous classes, that's a mystery. As long as your ACE transcript shows APPROVED-SUBMITTED TO ACE FOR PROCESSING, you're good to start another class, according to ACE.
