If you have a bachelor's completed, then all you have to do is fill the residency requirements of your new school, or in the case of the Big Three, fill the second degree requirements. Both are typically around 30 credits, although some, like University of Massachusetts are more, and some, like Columbia College, are less.
I believe that for all of the Big Three, you need 30 credits that have not gone into any other degree.
