TESC requires at least 18 upper level credits for most BS/BA programs, which can be earned through certain DSSTs and Excelsior College exams. TESC is the only school of the big 3 where you can still earn a degree entirely through transfer credit and testing out. COSC and Excelsior require a capstone class that you must take at their school before earning a degree.
