I think the Peterson's site has bandwidth problems. It seems to time out when you're trying to load the actual tests and then redirects to a different Thomson minisite.

I've found if I keep on trying (and trying different browsers when one doesn't work), it eventually gets going. It's annoying, but it is worth the wait.
