Does it have to be a CLEP? The Intro to Law Enforcement DSST was one of the easiest tests I've taken. Yes you would have to study, but IC more than covers it and if you have ever watched a police drama or reality show, you'll likely find it very interesting. I didn't spend more than a few hours overall preparing and did well enough to get an A grade at COSC.
Some people find the marketing CLEP very easy. I didn't really care for it, but it also doesn't require a lot of study. There's also the Supervision or Management tests.. they're simple. LOL boring but doable with short notice.
Check out the "easiest test" thread and also you can look at the free-clep-prep.com CLEP difficulty list. The list is obviously subjective and will vary slightly depending on your specific interests, but is a good starting place.
If you don't like English, you may not like A&I lit. You can take the practice test and see how you score. Or, better yet, if you can find something else that interests you more and will work, go for that instead.
