TESU has a Mathematical Logic course, which is obviously too pricy for someone going for a COSC degree. TESU also has a Critical Reasoning course and TECEP.
Adams State College apparently has a phliosophical logic course: https://adams.edu/extended_studies/print...osophy.php and BYU two: https://is.byu.edu/site/courses/index.cf...Philosophy
My guess is some state schools (including community colleges) that offer individual courses via distance learning may also have some. Probably can't beat the price of the TECEP, though, if COSC will accept it.
EDIT: I think what is meant by Computer Logic is "Computer Architecture", and that is available at Oakton Community College.
