Again, that depends. Most employers won't care where you get your degree from. Others will think that any non-Ivy League degree is utterly worthless and should only be used for toilet paper. For those employers, your sister could have an MBA from Arizona State University and she'd be looked down upon - even though ASU's business programs are pretty well regarded/ranked.
