I agree with your concerns. It's one of the reasons why I would prefer other credential evaluation companies, if I needed an evaluation. At the same time, the judgement of equivalency given to a French licensed-only institution's programs can be defended, I suppose. It's not a crime. As for parent companies, it is a little concerning.
