Calbright College
#1
CalBright is California's newest community college, and it's entirely online. Currently, they are offering three competency-based, non-credit programs in cybersecurity, IT, and medical coding that are intended to prepare students for industry certifications. The programs are free, but California residency is required. Calbright is capping this year's class at 400, so sign up ASAP if you're interested.

They are not accredited yet, but it doesn't matter because these are non-credit programs. It's free career training for California residents.
