Wiener has big signs mentioning the ASU partnership.

It´s also mentioned in their continuous ads on Radio/TV/Youtube. They are investing a lot in ads.

Yes, the main reason they're doing so is... You guessed it, for growing student population - enrollment purposes! Basically, I read about them trying to get more students and ASU is pretty much targeting 'partner' institutions overseas to do the 'dirty' work for them. With partnerships, they don't have to spend much money at all on any type of advertising or marketing, etc, it's done at the partnership level.
