Great news!  You're so close yet so far... I would take the ones in BOLD elsewhere such as at Sophia.org for the first four.  The last two Upper Level options can come in from Coursera/TADA for FREE!  I would flip a coin and see which one you want to do first... Sophia or the ones on Coursera/TADA (UL, skip the LL if you want, but learning is up to you if you can take more for ACE credit) here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Coursera

I would 100% take Human Biology + Human Biology Lab, Environmental Science, and Spanish I from Sophia ASAP. The others are nice, but optional compared to the sciences and foreign language requirements.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Get on Sophia right now and start some classes there. You do NOT want to take ANY science or foreign language class at UMPI. Spanish 1 on Sophia will transfer. Intro to Sociology from Sophia will transfer. Environmental Science from Sophia will transfer. Human Biology with the lab will transfer. Environmental Science shouldn't take more than a few days. It will take you weeks at UMPI. This will get you down to 12 courses at UMPI. You could do Eng Comp 1 on Sophia if you have time. It's shorter than Eng Comp 2. Sophia has Business Law which transfers to UMPI as a UL courses so that could knock you down to 11 courses at UMPI if you don't take Eng Comp from Sophia.

Forgive me for asking such a lame question, but are there any online groups where UMPI yourpace students can discuss UMPI assignments, and exchange notes, videos, etc. I know when I was taking classes through WGU, there were a lot of groups like that on facebook but I can't find any for UMPI.

Hey there, how are you liking UMPI so far?

I applied July 10th and submitted transcripts and fafsa the same day. My acceptance was on the 18th, and received my full Fafsa package on the 19th.
I’m now waiting for my transfer credits to be evaluated as of the 20th.
I’ve received one phone call where I explained my whole plan on the 17th, and that got everything in motion.

I’m so excited to get this degree.

It's been nice not having mentors, teachers, etc, hassling you to hurry up and turn in assignments.  It's perfect for me. I don't like being micromanaged when it comes to school.

sama here, waiting for my evaluation as well.

Congratulations to both of you! Same here!  I also replied that I was still interested, waiting since June 7th for more information, audit report, and conversation with Jessica. I was able to see my transcript evaluation come in though, so I imagine the check-in from her and audit report will be here soon. As far as they know, I'm still starting July 1, but I am requesting to start on August 23.

BTW to both of you, in case you didn't know, there is a FB group of UMPI you can join.

Where can I join!?

I haven't used Facebook in years, I created an account and just left it as is way back when, it may be somewhere hidden on their FB page... Here's the UMPI FB page link: https://www.facebook.com/umpiowls/
