Alternative to CLEP Eng Comp and Freshman Comp?Help!

Hi Everyone: I need help!! I thought I had everything to graduate with an Associate in Arts from TESC in March but found out that they require Eng Comp or Freshman Comp with essay. I've completed Freshman Comp without essay. So my dilemma is that I'm overseas and my testing center which is managed by the locals here has proven to unreliable since they have canceled my Clep exam 5 times already!!!

So there is absolutely no way now that I can take CLEP Eng comp or Freshman Comp since it takes several weeks to grade. Deadline for submitting everything to TESC is April 1.

Can you help me find a solution?? Is there a Penn Foster course or TECEP? Or anything else that TESC will accept?

I really, really appreciate any suggestions.
