I am scoring an average of 60% in the instacert tests..! I will continue practicing and reading everyone's suggestions but do you think I'm ready??
Also, is it a 47 that I need to get to pass? Or what was the score?

In my opinion, no. If you are solely using IC you need to have these memorized; that means besides knowing ALL the answers (100%) Besides the words in the blanks, you need to know all of the questions and answers as well. This is the only way that IC will work. D & A is not a terribly hard test, but you have those cards down cold. I highly recommend you postpone the test for a week or so and re-read the series until they are second nature.
This is just my opinion; others on the forum may have had different successes. Good Luck in whatever you decide to do.

Agreed. Aim for at least 95% on the IC tests before you sit this one. You really should have a comprehensive understanding of everything covered on InstantCert, as while the material is essentially the same, many questions are worded quite differently on the actual exam.
D&A is certainly passable with IC, however I think you may want to know the material a bit better first.
