I Took this exam 4 months back with no preparation. It depends on how well u know math. If you are pretty good in math, then you can pass even without studying. Try to take Peterson's exam, that is the perfect CLEP for Math. I got 40,60,50 in all 3 exams...got 53 in CLEP exam. Good luck...
