The TESU says that Technical Communication can fulfill the oral communication requirement.
Thomas Edison State University | General Education - 2016 or After

I see that CSU Global has a CBE for Technical Communication, but do not know if it has the speech component TESU wants.

I wonder how I missed this thread/post a few days ago. Hmm.. anyways... If for any reason someone would choose this over the cheaper options available, it's best for them to email TESU advising to get pre-approval. I would think the DSST or SL Intro to Comm would be cheaper and easier than this. I also noticed in that link, there's an Interpersonal Communications, that may also suffice, again... whoever would like these over whats available should email to verify.
