Thank you. I saw that but I didn't originally consider it for some reason. It would be amazing if my courses could transfer though so I will see if they can.

This would be a really difficult degree to get, as you would need 15cr of UL in Photography, which would be difficult to get outside of a 4-yr college (expensive).
I think a BA in General Studies at COSC would work, as would a BA in Liberal Studies from TESU. The cost would be similar.
