The University of London issues few degrees themselves; most are granted by their constituent member colleges. The colleges under their umbrella operate with far more autonomy than colleges housed within other universities, to the point that these colleges are considered independent by many. UoL houses 4 of the most elite universities in the world including LBS, LSE, King's College, and Queen's College. UoL offers an online Global MBA for well under $20,000 USD. The tuition and acceptance rate are amazing for such an elite university. This MBA program is exceptionally rigorous. I know nothing about the Bachelor of Laws program except that it is the primary degree one earns in the UK to practice law, equivalent to our JD. It is often earned as a second bachelors degree. In the 1950s US laws schools switched from the LLB to JD. If you plan to practice law in the USA you might need a Bar approved LLM along with your foreign law degree depending on the state. |
