I'm unfamiliar with Sophia, but I understand that it's less expensive than Study.com, so you may want to go that route. That said, I used Study.com and the course equivalents can be found here: https://study.com/college/school/umpi.html. If you did use SDC, I'd suggest you take:

Month 1 ($410):
English 105: College Composition II (1B, 2C, 4B)
Political Science 102: American Government (1C, 5E)
Psychology 101: Intro to Psychology (2A, 2B)
Humanities 201: Critical Thinking & Analysis (2D)
Art 103: History of Western Art I (2E)

Month 2 ($410):
Math 101: College Algebra (3A, 3B)
Biology 101L: Intro to Biology with Lab (3C, 3E)
Philosophy 101: Intro to Philosophy (4C, 5D)
Sociology 101: Intro to Sociology (5A)
History 103: US History I (5B)

Month 3 ($200-270):
Spanish 101: Beginning Spanish (5C)
Earth Science 104: Intro to Meteorology (3D)

Your general education requirements would be filled at this point, I think, but you'd only have 39 credits, so you might have to either take Spanish at UMPI if it's a 4-credit class [I'm not sure], or else add a different class that would fill a requirement, such as:

Political Science 101: Intro to Political Science (5E)

At this point, you could do some electives if you chose -- I would -- or find course equivalents for lower level courses that fill degree requirements for whichever one you choose. In any case, I'd do my best to transfer in 90 credits that would fill some slot in my degree plan. Again, Sophia is less expensive. I only did it with Study.com because that's the platform I used and am familiar with.

Please do not follow this! We have faster and cheaper plans.

Take ENG121 at UMPI. It's an EASY FAST course that can be completed in 3 days. It's 1 short paper at UMPI and everywhere else it's multiple papers and takes far longer than 3 days.


Month 1 ($410):

Art 103: History of Western Art I (2E) - Take Art History 1 on Sophia

Month 2 ($410):
Math 101: College Algebra (3A, 3B) - Take on Sophia
Biology 101L: Intro to Biology with Lab (3C, 3E) - You will need a science with lab so either this one or the Chemistry 111L course on Study.com
Philosophy 101: Intro to Philosophy (4C, 5D) - Take oh Sophia
Sociology 101: Intro to Sociology (5A) - Take on Sophia
History 103: US History I (5B) - Take on Sophia

Month 3 ($200-270):
Spanish 101: Beginning Spanish (5C) - Take on InstantCert
Earth Science 104: Intro to Meteorology (3D) - Take Environmental Science on Sophia instead

You also need to take Intro to Ethics on Sophia. 

With Sophia you can complete as many classes as you can in a month for $79. Study.com is $200 a month and you're limited to 2 classes for the month. You can complete up to 3 more classes a month on Study.com but they will cost you $70 per class.

Which degree are you going to complete? You can't complete both of these at the same time.
