Someone in the #umf channel in the discord finished this program in Fall 1 2025. They shared an image of their diploma.

The polict at UMPI is pretty awesome now and I believe the time for teachers to grade or get back to students is 72 hours, I know this for sure at UMPI but wonder if it's the same with UMF...I hope so, sounds like you guys had to wait forever back then!
Back in 2020/2021 3 days was the policy but rarely happened. They just didn't have the staff. When I started I was one of less than 50 students! I had the same professor for 8 classes. She also taught on campus. Things were a bit better when I completed my second UMPI degree. They had started to hire staff when they expanded programs the first time. Some of them weren't great with YourPace and had crazy high expectations/demands. Some of them only lasted a couple of terms. They have a TON of staff now compared to when I started. Back then Jessica did everything except teach classes. She responded to emails and add classes even while on vacation which was insane.

Growing pains, but that's fast growth, especially if it was like that in just 2021, and now it's pretty polished. I wonder if UMF YourPace is still in it's infacy justv being one year in. I'd think, though that the professors would understand that adult students especially in a CBE program are diffferent.

This is all new to UMFK. THey're a tiny campus like UMPI. Most professors on both campuses aren't teaching adults and don't have CBE experience. They've been teaching 18-22 year olds who live on campus or nearby for years. YourPace is a whole different world. Many of the YoruPace faculty are now no longer from UMPI's campus but are online instructors from all over the country. It took awhile to get there. It's not like WGU where they advertise like crazy. This growth was fueled by social media.
