Athabasca University

[Jonathan Whatley]

I'm pretty sure I've read that alternate credits of any kind are not accepted.  A few years ago they had a search page that showed transfers accepted.  I put in a DEAC school and it went tilt.  Athabasca was notable in that it was a very early provincial or state university offering a wide variety of distance courses and the BGS degree with no residency  That was remarkable for the 1970s.

Athabasca

• doesn’t accept alt-credits like ACE and NCCRS, and at least by historic evidence NA credit such as DEAC, but

• does have in-house programs for Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition and course challenge exams if you go through those hoops and costs.

I don't think it would be worth it OP
